Please contact me by sending an EMAIL if you have any questions, including enquiries about availability.  I will endeavour to respond within a day and am happy to answer any questions you may have about the house, the area, local amenities or Slovenia (although I am not an expert!).

If you wish to make a booking please email me your arrival date, departure date, number of people (including children) and contact details (including email address).

If the house is available I will email a booking confirmation to you with all the details of your booking and payment schedule.  You have 1 week to cancel your booking, after which I will consider it a firm booking and subject to a cancellation charge.

At the point you make a booking I will ask for a payment of 25%.  This secures your reservation.  If this is not paid within 2 weeks (give or take), and I haven't heard from you, I will assume that you no longer wish to rent the house and will release it for others to book (just contact me if you have difficulty with this timescale)

Approximately 4 weeks before your arrival date the remaining 75% will be due.  I will try to send you a reminder but please add the date to your diary.

The Tourist tax will be payable on arrival to my local agent.

If you need to cancel then there will be a charge of 10% made if more than 2 months notice if given and 25% if 2 or less months notice is given.
